Who is Saya?
Saya is the Founder of the Annie T. Doe Memoria Foundation, a Non-for-Profs organization catering to les fortunate children and women in Liberia. Saya Doe-Sio is a wife, business tycoon, career Woman, influencer, and Philanthropist who is changing the world through Purpose, Passion, and Prayers. She was born in Liberia and immigrated to the USA in 1998. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Internal Control Expert, and a Project Manager Professional (PMP). Saya is a Senior Director of Business Unit Risk & Control, leading compliance and technology risk at TIAA.
The Foundation provides Free Christian education to 600 children (01-10th grades), free women empowerment initiatives, and basic healthcare services to underserved communities in Liberia. The Foundation also provides scholarships to graduating high school seniors in Charlotte, NC. Th Foundation has impacted 30,000. people since 2010. Saya the African Child
Saya is the last of nine siblings born unto the union of the late Jacob K. Doe and Annie T. Doe in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County Liberia. Saya is an example of a less fortunate child, who has succeeded because of faith, resilience to thrive amidst misfortune and the values instilled from late mother, Annie T. Doe. As a child, she walked about five miles to and from school without the prospect of a full meal. However, determined to pursue her educational goals against all odds; Saya studied many nights by using candle or moon light because her home did not have electricity. In 1989, when Saya was fourteen years old, her mother, Annie T. Doe, passed away increasing the odds to overcome life. In 1998, Saya migrated to the United States and has since received the highest level of education in her field.

Saya has over 25 years of experience in financial risk and control management and regulatory practices. With proven track record leading major strategies across multiple divisions in a high pace environment. Saya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Internal Control Expert, and a Project Manager Professional (PMP). Saya is a Senior Director of Business Unit Risk & Control, leading compliance and technology risk at TIAA.
Saya the Philanthropist
At an early age, Saya, an instinctive philanthropist, championed education and cared for a host of relatives.
In December of 2010, the passion of giving back came alive when Saya visited Liberia with her husband and three children. after being away from her homeland for over twelve years. The sight of hundreds of children who lacked the necessary resources to attend schools instantly brought back memories of her early childhood in that very locale.
At that moment, God charged her with the mandate to educate children, empower women, and provide basic healthcare service. This led to the establishment of Annie T Doe Memorial Foundation, a 501 (C) organization. (www.atdoemf.org)
Over these 13 years, the Foundation has raised over $1.5 million dollars and impacted over 30,000 individuals through its educational, women’s empowerment and basic healthcare programs.

Saya the Wife and Mother
After 33 years of knowing each other and 25 years of marriage, friendship, and building a beautiful family, high school sweethearts Francis K. Sio and Saya Doe Sio recommitted their love for each other by renewing their vows on July 7th, 2024.
Francis and Saya are proud parents to their three wonderful children, Francis III, Fransaya, and Emmanuel. They co-founded the Annie T. Doe Memorial Foundation, which provides free primary Christian education to 600 students. They make their home in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Do not despise small beginnings. God is still in the story. Dreams do come true.

Saya the Minister
Saya is a woman of faith who is changing the world through prayer, purpose, and passion. She was recently ordained as a minister of the gospel at Breakthrough International Ministries in Charlotte, North Carolina. She holds a certificate from the Potter House School of Ministry and has served in various ministries in the church. Including 10 years as a deaconess in the Rowan International Church. Saya has a passion to empower women and she believes that she is called to a ministry of women, family and prayer.
